TIME SCHEDULE

Minimum three days are required for the customs clearance of import shipments by ocean freight. For the customs clearance of imports shipments by air freight, two days will be required.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED:

• Invoices

• Packing List

• Copy of Letter of Credit

• All Bank Certificates

Insurance Coverage note

Details / Literature about the shipment.

EXPORTS

One day is required for customs clearnace of export shipments by ocaen freight at Karachi Seaports. For the Cusom clearnces of Export shipments by Air Freight at Karachi Airport, one day will be required.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED:

• Copies of invoices

• Copies of Packing List

• Copies of form "E" issued by the bank.

• Export Registration

• Income Tax Number
